Terms and Conditions

Vinylflooringonline.co.uk will be referred to as "we" throughout in the terms and conditions below.

Payments & Credit Card Transactions
The easiest way to pay is using your credit or debit card, which will be debited immediately. We can then arrange delivery within a couple of days (providing the relevant stock is available).

Flooring Delivery
All flooring deliveries are made to the "kerbside" or at the nearest access point to the delivery address.

With each delivery, the driver may, in some instances require help unloading the flooring products. As the delivery can be made by large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address is accessible by said lorry, and should a customer foresee a problem, e.g. the road being subject to a vehicle weight or width limits, we require notification upon time of order.

Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm
We are unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, as all deliveries are at the courier’s discretion. We do however advise the courier with your preferred time, though accurate estimates are dependable on other courier specific factors in addition to chosen delivery route. If required, we can pass your phone details onto the driver in the interest of a seamless service.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver items on the arranged delivery date due to your absence, you accept liability for any applicable additional delivery charges should they be required.

Every effort is made to ensure that your flooring is delivered in immaculate condition. Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt, as no claims regarding damaged goods will be considered valid upon the delivery driver leaving the recipients address, unless signed for as “damaged on delivery”.

The Returning Of Goods
Goods which are refused upon delivery, that are later found to be undamaged on return, shall incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged, we will of course collect and replace the product. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for any cost incurred by late deliveries or for any other reason. Thus, we at Vinylflooringonline.co.uk advise all customers against the booking of trade persons for installation until goods have been delivered.

We are unable to accept part order returns. We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Check that all flooring boards are flawless before laying them. We will not accept any claims for damaged or faulty items once the flooring has been installed.

Wherever our customer has used installers, or installed the goods themselves, such use or installation shall be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods and that they are in perfect condition. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are intended. In the case of a verbal order we will always read back your order at the time, and your agreement will form a contract. All credits will be processed within 14 days
